About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly organised Centre Head / School Coordinator to lead daily school operations, drive admissions, and support academic excellence at Sarthi Global School — a premium preschool & primary institution with a strong focus on holistic, future-ready education.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the early childhood & primary education sector, excellent communication skills, and a natural flair for leadership, parent engagement, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Administration
- Oversee and manage day-to-day school operations in coordination with the School Director
- Supervise teachers, support staff, and ensure smooth functioning of all academic & non-academic activities
- Maintain discipline, school standards, and positive culture across the campus
- Ensure adherence to school SOPs, safety rules, hygiene & compliance norms
2. Parent Communication & Admissions
Act as the first point of contact for walk-in and enquiry-based admissionsCounsel prospective parents with clarity, confidence, and empathyGive school tours, explain curriculum & USPs, and convert enquiries into admissionsMaintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission conversion records with accuracy3. Academic Support & Curriculum Coordination
Assist teachers in planning, structuring, and delivering age-appropriate curriculumEnsure teaching quality, lesson planning, assessments, and learning outcomes are at par with premium school standardsSupport teacher training, workshops, and academic development initiatives4. Team Management
Lead, mentor, and guide teachers and staff to ensure a collaborative work environmentMonitor performance and classroom delivery and provide constructive feedback5. Events, Activities & School Logistics
Plan, organise, and execute school events, celebrations, PTMs, workshops, and marketing activationsCoordinate with vendors, parents, teachers, and management for smooth event flowOversee logistics, inventory, communication, and operational readinessRequirements & Skills
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pre-primary or primary school leadership / coordination rolesExcellent spoken English and interpersonal communication skills (non-negotiable)Strong ability to counsel and convert prospective parentsProven experience in managing teachers, classrooms, and school systemsAbility to multitask, take responsibility, and work independently under the School DirectorWell-versed with modern teaching methodologies, early childhood pedagogy, and activity-based learningPleasant personality, confident speaker, and child-friendly attitudeWhy Join Us?
