ESG and CSR Platform Administrator

Job Summary

As an ESG and CSR Platform Administrator at SuperHumanRace, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to making a positive impact on the world. Your role will involve managing our clients’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and / or Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) outcomes. Supporting clients using our online platform GreenDash to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the ESG and CSR platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and report ESG data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Client & NGO teams to collect data and metrics for CSR reporting purposes.
• Support the development and implementation of company-specific indicator sets, ESG strategies, and recommended initiatives to drive sustainability goals.
• Support the development of CSR metrics to measure impact based on the United Nations SDGs and other local, national, and global frameworks.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in ESG and CSR reporting and compliance.
• Assist in preparing presentations and communications for internal and external audiences.
• Participate in ESG and CSR audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback on our platforms from users and / or partners.
• Contribute to sustainability projects by training users and client teams to promote a culture of environmental and social responsibility within the organization.
• Collaborate with external partners and organizations to expand our network and impact.
• Develop collateral like guidebooks to ensure a seamless experience for users.
• Build dashboards and reports connecting indicator sets on our online platform to enable data for decisions.
