Job description
  • Managing the entire product development cycle of retail remittances.
  • Prepare product documentation and liaise with cross functional teams for their input and approval.
  • Develop and articulate detailed technology and product requirements for product development.
  • Oversee the end-to-end rollout of the product.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to increase remittance flow through various campaigns.
  • Collaborate with branch banking and sales channels to boost cross-border remittance volume.
  • Analyse MIS to evaluate the performance of branch banking and sales teams.
  • Manage the Product Profit & Loss (P&L) and ensure sales performance across channels
