We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to assist customers with their loan queries, repayments, and issue resolutions, ensuring smooth and positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries.
• Resolve issues related to loans, repayments, and accounts.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with other departments for quick issue resolution.

Requirements

Salary Range : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
