Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Remote Tech Support Executive (USA) located in Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to customers through various communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customers' queries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring prompt issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively liaise with clients and ensure a positive customer experience
Solid experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently
Analytical Skills for problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally
Familiarity with remote support tools and technologies is a plus
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to fast-paced situations
Relevant certifications or experience in IT support or customer service are advantageous
