Damco is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused front desk associate to provide excellent service to our clients and guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring all visitors and clients receive exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors, clients and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the reception area and maintain a professional and organized appearance.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Provide accurate and timely information about the company and its services.
• Assist in HR & administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Continuously maintain a high level of knowledge about the company, its products, and services.
• Assist with various projects and tasks as needed.
