This is a full-time on-site Front Desk Receptionist role located in Bengaluru. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• IDS Software knowledge and experience is a must.
• Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
