Role Overview :
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and strengthen partnerships with travel agencies, focusing on Europe, UAE, and Thailand as key outbound destinations.
Candidate Requirements :
Graduate in Business / Tourism / Hospitality.
5–7 years B2B sales experience in the travel industry.
Strong travel agency network in Mumbai
Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Knowledge of Europe, UAE & Thailand travel products.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B travel partners.
Build and manage strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel players.
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from Europe, UAE, and Thailand products.
Conduct sales calls, product training, and destination presentations.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events.
Work with marketing teams on promotions and incentives.
