About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Manager – Media Sales
with proven expertise in media planning, buying, and sales across performance channels, marketplaces, and quick commerce. The role involves driving
new client acquisition, upselling media solutions , and managing large-scale budgets across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
media sales and account acquisition
across e-commerce, FMCG, retail, and digital-first brands.
Manage high-value media budgets ( ₹2 Cr–10 Cr+ annually ) to deliver measurable ROI.
Build and present
ROI-driven pitches and growth strategies
to clients and leadership.
Unlock cross-platform media opportunities across
Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit , etc.
Drive
business development and category expansion
through consultative selling.
Collaborate with client’s sales, supply chain, and creative teams to align media execution with business goals.
Build CXO-level client relationships to secure long-term partnerships and renewals.
Track campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Key Requirements
3 to 6 years’ experience in
media sales, buying, and strategy , preferably at leading media-first agencies.
Hands-on expertise in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Programmatic, Amazon Pi, Helium 10, and Marketplace tools .
Strong track record of
winning pitches
Ability to handle high-value budgets and deliver double-digit revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and client management skills.
Bachelor’s in Engineering / Marketing / Business; MBA preferred.
Recognized achiever with national-level distinctions is a plus.
