About Us
We’re building next-generation autonomous robotic systems engineered to operate intelligently across complex real-world environments.
Our mission is to create adaptive, interoperable robotics ecosystems that unify sensing, motion, and control through precision software engineering.
If you challenge conventions and see every limitation as a design problem waiting to be solved, this role is for you.
Your Role
As the Co-founder – ROS2 Robotic Engineering, you’ll lead the architecture, sensor integration, simulation, and deployment of robotic systems built on ROS2, ensuring seamless ROS1–ROS2 interoperability for hybrid platforms.
You’ll architect, test, and optimize systems running on embedded edge computing hardware (comparable to NVIDIA Orin-class platforms), driving high-performance robotics from simulation to real-world execution.
You’ll define not just how the robots move — but how they think and interact with their environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robotic software using ROS2 (Foxy / Humble / Jazzy) with DDS middleware (FastRTPS, CycloneDDS).
- Architect ROS1–ROS2 bridge layers and migration pipelines.
- Build and refine sensor pipelines for LiDAR, IMU, stereo / depth cameras, GPS, radar, and ultrasonic systems.
- Lead sensor calibration, tuning, and synchronization for consistent and reliable data fusion.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize ROS2 stacks on GPU-accelerated embedded edge hardware.
- Develop and maintain simulation workflows using Gazebo, Ignition, Isaac Sim, or Webots.
- Implement Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation frameworks.
- Collaborate with embedded firmware and system integration teams for SLAM, navigation, motion control and perception interfacing.
- Define and own the technical roadmap, architecture reviews, and pilot deployments.
