Someone who lives and breathes design thinking, leads with vision, and is excited about redefining how people shop and connect with brands — ideally someone who has shaped retail experiences across multiple categories and brand voices, especially within a retail design agency or consultancy environment.Important : This role is focused on the design of physical retail stores. Apply only if you can share a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creativity in spatial retail design.ResponsibitiesSpearhead the creation of original retail design concepts — from brand immersion to spatial storytelling.Develop mood boards, customer journeys, and schematic layouts that bring brands to life.Translate strategy into engaging, multi-sensory retail environments balancing aesthetics and functionality.Present creative concepts clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.Mentor junior designers on design intent and creative execution.Collaborate with graphic, VM, and technical teams to ensure holistic delivery of the vision.This Role is for you : Think beyond the brief, challenge assumptions, and bring bold ideas to the table.Have experience working with diverse brands, ideally within a retail design agency or consultancy.Have a strong grasp of retail psychology, customer experience, and cultural context.Can move from a blank slate to fully-formed concepts with clarity and conviction.RequirementsBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.7 - 10 years in original retail concept design roles.Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in spatial retail design.Skilled in 3 D visualization, space planning, and storytelling through design.Confident communicator, able to present and defend design rationale.SoftwareMandatory : Auto CAD, Sketch Up, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).Preferred : Illustrator, Rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, etc.).What we offer : Creative leadership role : Define design direction for leading brands.Impactful work : Shape how people experience and engage with brands.Direct mentorship from the Founder and exposure to strategic, high-value projects.Mentorship & collaboration : Learn from senior professionals and mentor junior designers.Growth path : Opportunities for creative leadership and career progression.Inclusive culture : A workplace where your voice and ideas are valued.Note : We are looking specifically for highly creative concept designers.
