Truemeds - Head - Product Design

The Role :

We're looking for a Head of Design to own and drive our design vision. You'll lead product, brand, and visual design, shaping experiences that are simple, intuitive, and loved by millions.

What You'll Do :

• Define and scale the design vision across the Truemeds universe.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of designers.
• Build seamless, conversion-driven user experiences across web and app.
• Strengthen and evolve our brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business teams to deliver fast, high-impact outcomes.
• Use insights, research, and data to iterate and improve continuously.
