About the role : As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be the driving force behind the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules and related capabilities, best practices, and the ability to envision and implement innovative solutions that align with our business goals. You will play a central role in shaping our ServiceNow strategy and ensuring that it remains a robust, futuristic and scalable platform for meeting our IT and business needs.

Responsibilities : Solution Design Leadership : Lead the architectural design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet current and future business requirements. Provide guidance on best practices and design patterns.

Platform Governance : Define and enforce governance policies and standards for ServiceNow development, ensuring consistency and maintainability across the platform.

Technical Leadership : Act as the technical authority on ServiceNow, providing expertise to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators. Stay updated with the latest and the greatest of ServiceNow products / features including AI / GenAI capabilities.

Participate in Proposals / Opportunities : Must be able to work on bids, proposals, and opportunities while contributing to technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Integration Strategy : Develop and oversee integration strategies with third-party systems, orchestrating data flow and ensuring seamless connectivity.

Service Catalog Optimization : Drive the enhancement and expansion of the service catalog, collaborating with stakeholders to align service offerings with business needs.

Incident and Problem Management Excellence : Lead and improve incident and problem management processes, including incident categorization, prioritization, and resolution.

Platform Scalability : Ensure the scalability and performance of the ServiceNow platform by making informed architectural decisions and optimizing configurations.

Innovation : Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends, identifying opportunities to leverage new features and technologies to improve ITSM and business processes.

Quality Assurance : Oversee the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions, conducting architecture reviews, performance testing, and code quality assessments.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Promote the creation of technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, system design documents, process flows, and best practices.

Vendor Collaboration : Collaborate with ServiceNow vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and ensure that the platform remains aligned with industry best practices.

Candidate requirements :

Certification on multiple ServiceNow modules (CAD and CIS) is highly preferred.

8 - 12+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Architect, with a proven track record of successful implementations.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular JS and other web technologies.

Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, client scripts, workflows, and Flow-Designers.

Expertise in Service Catalog development and catalog integration with other systems.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI builder, Virtual Agent & AI tools.

Experience in implementing integration with multiple third-party tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new ServiceNow features and best practices.
