Event Venue Manager

Overseeing all aspects of Messe Global Arena Kharadi, Pune operations to ensure successful event execution and facility maintenance. Key duties include booking events, managing staff, coordinating logistics with vendors and clients, handling budgets, and ensuring safety and legal compliance.

Core responsibilities

Booking management :

Oversee the bookings of the venue calendar

Operations management : E nsuring venue is clean, safe, and properly maintained and equipped.

Staff management :

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise venue staff.

Event coordination :

Work with clients, promoters, artists, and production teams to partners with, plan and execute events, handling everything from partnerships to on-site management.

Financial management :

Manage venue budgets, track expenses, and handle invoicing.

Client and vendor relations :

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers.

Compliance :

Ensure the venue and all events comply with relevant safety, health, and legal regulations.

Customer service :

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues that arise during events.

Key skills and qualifications

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent Marathi , Hindi, and English communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets.

Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and operations.
