Manager / Sr. Manager Client Servicing (Events & Exhibitions)

We are looking for an experienced professional to
lead our Events and Exhibitions division . The person will manage large-scale events from start to finish — handling clients, teams, budgets, and overall project delivery.
Agency Experience with government or PSU clients is Mandatory.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the planning and execution of all events and exhibitions.
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
Handle client communication and make sure all their needs are met.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendors to ensure quality and cost control.
Work with the creative team to bring new and innovative ideas to every project.
Ensure all safety, compliance, and quality standards are followed.
Bring in new ways of working using modern technology and sustainable practices.
Who We’re Looking For
Graduate or Postgraduate in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience
in managing large events and exhibitions.
5+ years of experience
of handling clients directly.
Experience with
government or PSU projects
is Mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills are a must.
