Role Overview

We are looking for an Event Specialist with hands-on experience in movie marketing campaigns and large-scale events. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in end-to-end event management, stage setups, stall fabrication, exhibitions, and audio-visual production. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong technical and creative expertise to execute events seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events, brand activations, and movie marketing campaigns.
• Oversee stage setup, fabrication, and installations across different formats including exhibitions, stalls, and promotional events.
• Manage audio-visual (AV), sound, and lighting requirements with vendors and in-house teams.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Supervise vendors, fabricators, and technical teams to ensure timely and flawless delivery.
• Conduct site recces, create detailed event execution plans, and manage on-ground operations.
• Handle budgets, timelines, and ensure events are executed within agreed parameters.
• Maintain industry knowledge of latest event technologies, AV solutions, and fabrication trends.
• Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships to deliver impactful experiences.
