Job descriptionLead BI Development Projects : Oversee the development of BI solutions, including dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Business Objects. Data Integration : Design and develop ETL processes to integrate data from various sources using tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Data Warehouse. Team Management : Plan and manage team resources, ensuring efficient scheduling and load balancing to meet objectives and SLAs. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their data and analytic needs. Continuous Improvement : Implement methodologies to continually improve BI practices and reduce the gap between speed and accuracy in data processing. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, Azure, AWS, data warehousing, and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI. Experience : Several years of experience in BI development, including leadership roles in business transformation programs. Certifications : Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or specific BI tool certifications can be advantageous.
