Responsibilities

• Stakeholder relationship management - strategically manage and optimize the relationship portfolio to ensure sustained growth and profitability
• Manage measurement strategy for multiple accounts, working closely with teams, partners, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Own project lifecycle for business unit's new and existing projects
• Analyse project details and customer feedback to drive process excellence and enhance overall delivery experience
• Drive initiatives to maximize program profitability through effective funds management
• Support the new business process, including contributing to pitches, proposal writing, and presenting measurement approaches to prospective clients.
• Partner with delivery leads to forecast resourcing needs and align delivery with financial targets
• Collaborate closely with internal functions like talent acquisition, finance, governance, client success to drive day to day operations
• Foster strong cross functional relationships to meet and exceed business unit's goals
