Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 6-8 years

Please note that this is a Techno-Functional position, with a stronger focus on the technical side.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the following areas : HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader) In addition, the candidate should have hands-on experience working across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including : Payroll, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop HCM Extract, BI Publisher Reports and HDL loaders to meet business requirements.
Experience with Fast Formulas, personalization’s and approval workflows is a plus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and ensure successful integration of Oracle ERP solutions.
Participate in testing and deployment activities, providing technical support and defect resolution.
Maintain documentation for all technical artifacts and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Fast Formulas.

Proven experience in working with Oracle HCM modules : Payroll, Absence Management, ORC, Compensation and OTL.

Experience with Fast Formulas, Personalization’s, workflows and REDWOOD is a plus

Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
