Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls and resolve customer service inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Generate qualified sales leads and nurture them into new customer accounts.
• Identify and accurately assess customer needs to ensure their complete satisfaction with our products and services.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, clear, and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer queries , provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits, and follow up to ensure full resolution.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions , process customer accounts, and file documents accurately.
• Adhere strictly to all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
