Customer Care Executive
Hearing Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, skilled at managing inquiries, and capable of building relationships while identifying sales opportunities, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and resolve customer service inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Generate qualified sales leads that develop into new customer accounts.
- Identify and accurately assess customer needs to ensure their complete satisfaction with our products and services.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, clear, and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
- Meet or exceed personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer queries , provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits, and follow up to ensure full resolution.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions , process customer accounts, and file documents accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their overall experience with Hearing Solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven customer support experience or prior experience as a client service representative.A track record of over-achieving quotas is a significant plus.Strong phone contact handling skills coupled with active listening abilities.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices .Possess a strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond effectively to different customer personalities and situations.Excellent communication and presentation skills , both verbal and written.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Must be proficient in English, Telugu, and Tamil .Qualification : Graduate.Skills Required
