Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to head the Purple Fabric Academy — an integrated business unit focused on driving product adoption, revenue growth, and ecosystem scale . This is a hybrid role that blends the responsibilities of a Business Head and a Product Head , with full accountability for the Academy's P&L, GTM strategy, sales enablement, product roadmap , and operational scale-up.

You will spearhead the Academy's evolution from a training unit to a strategic platform that enables partners, developers, architects, and customers to unlock business value from Purple Fabric. The role requires building a scalable, tech-driven learning ecosystem that accelerates customer success, partner productivity, and overall platform adoption.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership

• Define and execute the long-term vision and GTM roadmap for Purple Fabric Academy aligned with overall product and business objectives.
• Own the Academy's P&L, with clear revenue, cost optimization, and ROI metrics.
• Act as the voice of the customer and partners, continuously aligning learning programs with evolving product capabilities and market needs.

Required Skills / Abilities

 15–20 years of experience across enterprise software / SaaS businesses in roles spanning Product Management, GTM Strategy, Partner Enablement, or Business Leadership.

 Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital learning platforms or customer success academies.

 Strong business acumen with experience in managing P&L, revenue accountability, and cross-functional program delivery.

 Exposure to AI / ML product environments and an ability to translate complex tech into simple learning experiences.

 Passionate about skilling, enablement, and technology adoption at scale.
