We have an urgent requirement for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the automobile / vehicle manufacturing sector at Gummidipoondi, Chennai. Please find the key details below :

Position : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location : Gummidipoondi, Chennai

Experience : 15-20 years post-qualification (CA essential, CS preferred)

Age Limit : Maximum 50 years

Language : Tamil-speaking / South Indian preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee Finance, Accounts, and MIS for the company
• Manage budgeting, cash flow, funds flow, working capital, taxation, GST, IT, and banking operations
• Supervise plant / factory accounts, financial reporting, and dealer / franchisee accounts
• Lead financial planning, operations, sales credit management, and funds handling
• Appointment and management of dealers and distributors
• Coordinate and support company board meetings
• Drive SAP / ERP-based financial operations
• Provide strategic advice and demonstrate strong exposure to overall company management and Chartered Accountant (CA) essential; CS qualification preferred
• Experience in listed companies in the automobile sector is highly desirable
• Minimum 3-4 years as Head of Finance in an automobile / vehicle manufacturing company
• Strong skills in financial planning, operations, compliance, strategic management, and distributor appointments
• Compensation : Competitive and based on experience
