Hiring Electrical Maintenance Head for reputed Tier 1 Automotive manufacturing industry at Chennai.

Experience : 15 to 25 yrs

CTC Offered : Max 25 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Review on Countermeasures of the Breakdown on Daily basis
• Review on Countermeasures of the Safety Related Issues on Daily basis
• Review on Planned Maintenance System & Monitoring
• Review Documentation on daily basis - BD Log / Why-Why Analysis / TPM / History Card / PM Schedule Updating / ASES / TS16949 / ISO 14001 / OSHAS 18000 / etc
• Promote Kaizen / Continuous Improvement / Suggestion / QC from technicians
• SAP Implementation & Adherence
• Adherence to Legal & Statutory Compliance
• Implement 5S
• Contributing & Responsible for the Health & Safety to all the department employees
• New Project / Expansion - Coordination with Customer / Suppliers / Internal teams
• Support Maintenance Activity during Sundays / Holidays / Emergencies
• Support Maintenance Activity during after office hours in case of requirement / Emergencies
• Subordinates' development through Training
• Sub-Contractor Follow ups
• Spares Management - Spares Cost Reduction
• Monthly Report Preparation / Presentation
• Monitor and adhere departmental KPI`s.
• Other duties as directed by the Reporting Manager.

Any other work assigned by management from time to time.
