We are looking for IPQA person in Nutralike Formulation Pvt Ltd. Company.

Qualification :

Exp : Fresher May Applied or 1-3 yrs experience

• Line Clearance :
• Ensure the manufacturing area is clean and free from any leftover material or documents from previous batches.
• Verify proper labeling and status boards.
• In-Process Checks :
• Monitor critical process parameters like mixing time, temperature, and weight variation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Perform online sampling (e.g., blend uniformity, tablet weight, capsule fill weight).
• Packaging Line Checks :
• Check label accuracy, batch coding, and proper sealing.
• Verify packaging material against specifications.
• Deviation Handling :
• Identify and report deviations during manufacturing or packaging.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Documentation :
• Review and sign BMRs / BPRs (Batch Processing Records).
• Ensure real-time and error-free documentation.
• Sampling :
• Draw samples for in-process testing and stability studies.
• Ensure samples are labeled and stored as per SOP
