About the Position

Bond University is seeking a strategic and visionary Indigenous leader to join us as Manager, Nyombil Centre – our dedicated cultural and support hub for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
Established in 2012, the Nyombil Centre provides a culturally safe and welcoming space that empowers students throughout their university journey – from recruitment and transition to academic success, graduation, and beyond. The Centre plays a vital role in fostering community, strengthening cultural identity and engagement, and cross-cultural learning across the University.
As Manager, you will provide both strategic direction and operational leadership, ensuring the Centre’s programs and services remain responsive to the aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and the wider community. You will lead initiatives that strengthen Indigenous student outcomes, guide a high-performing team, and champion Bond's commitment to reconciliation and educational equity as a national leader in Indigenous higher education.

About the person

Salary details
The salary for the position ranges from $112,811.36 to $129,300.65 per annum, plus 12% superannuation and will be commensurate with skills, qualification and experience.
