What You'll Do

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in data analytics to join our Data & Analytics function within the DAIS department. This individual will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data-driven solutions are aligned with strategic goals. The role demands proficiency in requirement elicitation, data profiling, gap analysis, and documentation, with a solid understanding of telecom environments and BI / DWH systems. Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, is highly desirable.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary point of accountability to stakeholders for assigned deliveries and improvements.
• Elicit and document business requirements with clarity and precision.
• Validate data capabilities and reporting requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Create project plans and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
• Define technical pointers for development teams and ensure requirements are delivered accurately the first time.
