Product Strategy & Roadmap Development :
- Drive the product strategy for the FoodHeals App, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead feature prioritization and roadmap development by collaborating with third-party developers and design teams.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria based on the needs of nutritionists and program managers.
- Establish product metrics to measure success and impact.
User Research & Testing :
Work closely with nutritionists and managers to translate clinical requirements into product features.Implement structured approaches to gather user feedback regularly.Conduct user testing sessions with clinical teams to validate features.Monitor app usage patterns to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.Ensure the app meets usability requirements for diverse stakeholders.Data Analytics & Reporting :
Define product analytics requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).Transform user data into actionable product insights.Develop feature specifications for reporting and dashboard functionalities.Use data to validate product decisions and measure feature adoption.Collaboration & Communication :
Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external technology partners.Communicate product vision and progress clearly to leadership, clinical teams, and stakeholders.Support the Fundraising team with product updates relevant to donor reporting.Represent the FoodHeals App at external events when needed.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology.Strong background in user research and requirements gathering.Experience collaborating with development partners and design teams.Understanding of healthcare data and clinical workflows.Proven track record of successful product launches or major feature releases.Skills Required
