Assistant Vice President-AI Architect / Solution Architect!

Position Overview :

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technology Leader to drive AI-led innovation and strategic technology discussions at the highest executive levels (CIO, CDO, CTO, CXO). This role demands a visionary leader who can shape enterprise AI strategy, influence stakeholders, and guide organizations through transformative journeys leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and next-generation technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CIO, CDO, CTO, CXO) to shape AI and technology transformation strategies.

Lead enterprise-wide AI thought leadership, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.

Develop and drive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and innovation priorities.

Represent the organization at industry forums, executive briefings, and key customer engagements.

Partner with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate vision into executable initiatives.

Identify AI-driven growth opportunities and drive executive buy-in for pilot and scale initiatives.

Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of AI strategists, architects, and engineers.

Lead enterprise education on AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI deployment.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

MBA or Executive Education from a reputed institution is a plus.

Experience :

Strong Technologist with a background in End to End Solutioning / Architecting experience.

Experience in executive-level advisory roles, engaging with C-suite stakeholders.

Hands-on leadership in AI / ML initiatives, including Generative AI, Agentic AI and Conversational AI.

Experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformation and innovation initiatives.

Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams in fast-paced environments.

Primary Skills (Must-Have) :

Executive presence and exceptional communication skills for C-level conversations.

Deep understanding of AI technologies : Generative AI (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Conversational AI, ML Ops.

Deep understanding of one of the Business / Domain expertise - for e.g. Retail, FS, CPG, Life Science, HealthCare.

Strategic thinking and ability to articulate AI’s business impact in boardroom settings.

Strong understanding of AI governance, ethics, risk management, and compliance.

Experience in designing AI-enabled enterprise architectures and data strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have) :

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI / ML services offered.

Understanding of data platforms, APIs, integration strategies, and agent-based architectures.

Knowledge of modern software engineering practices (microservices, APIs, DevOps).

Exposure to industry-specific AI applications (Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).

Public speaking experience at conferences, webinars, or industry forums.

MBA or Executive Education from a reputed institution is a plus.
