Codvo.ai - Generative AI Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Generative AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions using state-of-the-art generative models (LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal architectures, etc.).

You will be responsible for shaping the AI strategy, building reusable architectures, and ensuring the integration of GenAI across key products and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement end-to-end architectures for Generative AI applications (e.g., text, code, image, audio generation).
• Evaluate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and foundation models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, PaLM, etc.).
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain GenAI pipelines including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and API orchestration.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, explainability, and data privacy compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with research and industry trends in GenAI and drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and pilot projects.
• Optimize performance and cost of deployed models using techniques like model quantization, distillation, and inference optimization.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to AI / ML Qualifications :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• PhD is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in AI / ML; minimum 3 years working with Generative AI technologies.
• Proven experience with large-scale LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, BERT, T5, etc.) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Expertise in NLP, NLG, and / or multimodal AI (image+text, video+text).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
