About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant to support and enhance our payroll solutions across both on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP HCM Payroll configuration , SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP) , and integration between EC and ECP via SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes including wage types, schemas, PCRs, off-cycle payroll, and posting to FI.
- Implement and maintain SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP) including Payroll Control Center (PCC) , Employee Central to Payroll integration , and BIB (Business Integration Builder) mappings.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes including retro-calculations, data replication, and reconciliation between EC and ECP.
- Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements, design payroll solutions, and resolve issues.
- Support migration projects from on-premise SAP HCM Payroll to EC Payroll.
- Work closely with integration teams on SAP CPI for data replication and interface management.
- Handle country-specific payroll (India and / or Global) ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare documentation including functional specs, test cases, and configuration guides.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to key users.
Required Skills and Experience
7+ years of total SAP experience with at least :4+ years in SAP HCM Payroll (on-premise)3+ years in SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP)Hands-on experience in payroll configuration, schemas, and PCRs.Strong understanding of EC–ECP integration using CPI or Dell Boomi .Knowledge of Business Integration Builder (BIB) and replication monitoring.Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) setup and configuration.Good understanding of EC data models, workflows, and business rules .Experience in data migration and cutover activities for payroll transitions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.Good to Have
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and / or SAP HCM .Exposure to Time Management , Benefits , or Compensation modules.Experience in multiple country payroll implementations.
