SAP HR Functional Consultant

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Head - HR Systems to lead and manage the operations and projects across SAP HR and SuccessFactors platforms. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM, India Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Talent Management, and Recruiting (RCM). This role requires hands-on leadership to oversee end-to-end HR systems management, integration, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations and administration of HR systems including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Lead and deliver large-scale integration and transformation projects involving SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements and implement scalable HR system solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Ensure compliance and efficient processing of India Payroll within SAP HCM.
• Design and manage roles, authorizations, and security settings across the HR platforms.
• Oversee system customizations and enhancements utilizing ABAP, NetWeaver, FIORI portals, and middleware tools (CPI, PI / PO, ODATA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance.
