Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Head - HR Systems to lead and manage the operations and projects across SAP HR and SuccessFactors platforms. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM, India Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Talent Management, and Recruiting (RCM). This role requires hands-on leadership to oversee end-to-end HR systems management, integration, and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations and administration of HR systems including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Lead and deliver large-scale integration and transformation projects involving SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements and implement scalable HR system solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Ensure compliance and efficient processing of India Payroll within SAP HCM.
- Design and manage roles, authorizations, and security settings across the HR platforms.
- Oversee system customizations and enhancements utilizing ABAP, NetWeaver, FIORI portals, and middleware tools (CPI, PI / PO, ODATA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) with certifications in SAP HR & SuccessFactors.8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent, RCM, etc.).Strong technical skills in ABAP programming, roles and authorizations, NetWeaver, FIORI portals, and SAP integration technologies (CPI, PI / PO, ODATA).Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex HR system projects independently.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.(ref : hirist.tech)
