Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team in Surat for ZUUP by Red Chief. The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience and meet the minimum educational qualification. This role demands strong customer service skills and the ability to achieve sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

• Engage customers effectively to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
• Promote and sell ZUUP by Red Chief products to maximize sales and achieve targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in inventory checks and ensure stock availability on the sales floor.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with store and team members to enhance overall store performance.
• Follow company policies and ensure compliance with retail standards.
