Human Resources Payroll

Job Title : Manager (HR Operations, Payroll and Compliance - APAC)

Location : Bangalore

Mode : Hybrid (3 days from the office)

Working Hours : 45 hours weekly (UK Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• HR Operations : Manage the HR systems from hire to retire data management. Identify opportunities to improve the process to bring efficiency and effectiveness in the processes.
• Payroll Processing : Oversee the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits for APAC countries. Co-ordinating with the payroll vendor on system enhancement. Validate full and final settlements for resigned employees.
• Benefits Administration : Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Tax and Labour Compliance : Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations, including tax regulations, labour laws, and company policies. Co-ordinate with inter-departments to address and resolve compliance related discrepancy.
• Vendor Management : Ensure the services are delivered as per the agreed SLA and timeline from the vendors by optimizing cost and minimize risk
• People Management : proactively ensuring optimal utilization of available resource to support BAU and Global HR projects
• Employee Relations : Address and resolve employee payroll queries and issues promptly and accurately.
• Audits : Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
