Key Objective / Purpose of the Job :
The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies for various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
- Strong branding and brand storytelling, particularly on social platforms.
- Producing creative ideas for digital campaigns and individual communication pieces, such as emailers and banners.
- Leading the development of static creatives for performance marketing campaigns.
- Writing and guiding others in producing clear, engaging copy / scripts for various formats, including websites, blogs, social media, and digital platforms.
- Collaborating with writers, designers, and account managers to deliver high-quality, award-worthy work.
- Overseeing video production, including expertise in 2D / 3D animation, stop motion, and motion graphics.
- Driving brainstorming sessions and providing feedback to refine content and creative outputs.
- Monitoring project results and proposing strategies for future improvements.
- Managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, and understanding short-format social videos (3 sec, 6 sec, etc.).
