Key Responsibilities
Must have worked on Government Projects
Assist in preparing
conceptual designs, master plans, presentations, and construction drawings
for government and commercial projects.
Develop
architectural layouts, working drawings, sections, elevations, and detailing
in alignment with project requirements.
Contribute to
3D modeling, rendering, and visualization
of design concepts for client and stakeholder presentations.
Support in preparing
tender documentation, BOQs, and compliance reports
required for public-sector projects.
Coordinate with
structural, MEP, and other consultants
to ensure cohesive and technically sound design development.
Participate in
site visits, project inspections, documentation, and government review meetings
as required.
Ensure adherence to
local building codes, NBC guidelines, environmental norms, and government tender specifications .
Maintain well-structured and organized
project files, CAD drawings, and BIM models
for reporting and audits.
Stay updated with
sustainable design practices and smart infrastructure trends
relevant to government and public projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
from a recognized institution.
3-4 years
of professional experience in architectural design and documentation (internship / project experience will be considered).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit ; working knowledge of
Adobe Suite, Lumion / Enscape
is preferred.
Strong understanding of
design principles, spatial planning, and detailing , with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
Familiarity with
building codes, zoning laws, and government compliance standards .
Strong
communication and documentation skills
for coordination with multiple stakeholders.
A proactive team player with
attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn .
