We are now looking for a

Junior Architect

to join our vibrant team.

About the Role :

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 1–3 years of professional experience to support our design and execution teams. Ideal candidates should be based in Bengaluru and fluent in English, with a keen interest in residential, commercial, and plotted layout developments.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the conceptual and schematic design of villas, apartments, plotted layouts, clubhouses, and commercial buildings.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and working drawings.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.

Participate in internal reviews, and site visits.

Ensure compliance with building codes, local bye-laws, and regulatory guidelines.

Contribute to documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction.

Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers during all design stages.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or Diploma in Architecture.

0–3 years of experience in architectural design and execution.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Basic understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site coordination.

Strong communication, visualization, and teamwork skills.

Must be based in Bangalore and fluent in English.

Work Arrangement :

Hybrid model Until Oct, 2025 :

Work from office

2 days per week

(remaining days remote)

Salary Range :

₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month (Depends on Experience and Ability)
