Junior Architect

Studio42 is currently seeking a talented and passionate architecture graduate with a minimum experience of 1 year to join our team as a junior architect. In this role, you will be working directly with the principal architects and will be an active member in all aspects of the studio.

Criteria :

• Graduate of Architecture, B. Arch or a Graduate / Diploma in Interior Design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Sketchup, Microsoft office. Proficiency in rendering softwares is critical.

The role will involve :

Participation in the design process and preparation of presentation graphics and / or drawings used to communicate concepts and proposals.

Preparation of construction drawings, visualizations, material selections and vendor coordination, site supervision and co-ordination.

We are a design-build practice and there will be on-site experience and exposure to varied materials, construction methods with an active involvement in execution and coordination on site.

Active involvement in client presentations / meetings and coordination.
