Summary : As a Technical Writing Representative, you will engage in the creation of written and visual documentation that supports various aspects of product development, design, and marketing. Your typical day will involve translating complex technical solutions and strategies into clear, concise, and easily understandable content, ensuring that the information is accessible to a diverse audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights, allowing you to produce high-quality documentation that meets the needs of stakeholders and end-users alike. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the clarity and usability of technical information, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation / contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development of user manuals, guides, and other documentation to support product usage. - Review and edit documentation created by peers to ensure clarity and consistency. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in Technical Documentation. - Good To Have Skills : Experience with content management systems and documentation tools. - Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and precision. - Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation. - Familiarity with visual documentation tools to create diagrams and illustrations. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Documentation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
