Strong communication and presentation skills. Teaching or training experience is an added advantage. Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.

We are seeking an experienced Automation Trainer with strong field knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and drives, who is passionate about mentoring and technical training. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct practical and theory sessions on Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Networking).
- Develop and update training materials and lab modules.
- Guide trainees in real-time project execution and troubleshooting.
- Assess learner performance and provide feedback.
