Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Trainer with strong field knowledge in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and drives, who is passionate about mentoring and technical training.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct practical and theory sessions on Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Networking).
Develop and update training materials and lab modules.
Guide trainees in real-time project execution and troubleshooting.
Assess learner performance and provide feedback.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience in industrial automation.

Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Delta / Schneider, etc.).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Teaching or training experience is an added advantage.

Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.

Salary : As per industry standards
