Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear insights.
- Track essential campaign metrics : CPR, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CVR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate,
and drop-offs.
Analyze ad-level data (creative hooks, headlines, audience segments) to identifytop-performing elements.
Assist in building full-funnel campaign structures, including awareness, retargeting, andupselling.
Plan and support A / B testing and creative scaling experiments.Contribute ideas for new positioning angles and creative hooks.Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Display.Conduct keyword research, analyze search term reports, and optimize bids.Assist in uploading creatives and maintaining Meta campaigns.Monitor performance and coordinate with content and design teams for creative feedback.Work closely with content, creative, tech, and marketplace teams to stay aligned withproduct launches and brand priorities.
Requirements :
At least 6 months – 1 year of experience in performance marketing.Strong focus on Google Ads, with basic hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager.Solid experience in reporting and insight generation using ad platforms and dashboards.Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and Looker Studio.Strong understanding of funnel metrics and performance KPIs.Must demonstrate characterization & problem-solving skills.Must be tech-savvy and proactive in approach.Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Preferred Experience :
Experience with Performance Max campaign strategy.Prior work with D2C brands, particularly in the Health & Wellness sector.Exposure to Amazon or Flipkart ad platforms is a plus.Why Join Smotect :
