Roles & Responsibilities :

• Leading, negotiating, vetting and independently managing contracts and other commercial documentation.
• Leading high value commercial and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leases, inventory arrangements, etc.
• Strategizing and handling major litigations and some key consumer matters.
• Legal opinion related work.
