Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (AM / Manager Level) to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting leaders and managers, and enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate should bring a solid track record in HRBP roles within the IT industry and have hands-on experience in leadership engagement, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Partnership & Leadership Engagement

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders , project managers , and team leads and above on HR-related matters.
• Partner closely with business units to understand key business drivers and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Participate in business reviews , planning meetings, and contribute from an organizational development perspective .
