Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam along with good English communication .
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction in all interactions.
• Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain call records and escalate complex issues as needed.
