Role Overview : The
Head of Recruitment – Pre-Opening Hotels
will lead the
end-to-end talent acquisition process
for Ridhira’s upcoming hospitality projects, including resorts, retreats, and luxury villas. The role requires a seasoned HR leader from the hotel industry who has handled
mass hiring, leadership sourcing, and workforce planning
during
pre-opening and operational phases . This position will ensure that the right talent is identified, aligned with brand standards, and ready before project launch.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
Design and implement a
comprehensive pre-opening recruitment strategy
aligned with brand, project, and operational timelines.
Partner with the Managing Director, Project Heads, and Operations teams to map
manpower needs
across departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Front Office, Sales, Finance, HR, Engineering, and Housekeeping).
Develop a detailed
pre-opening manpower calendar
with timelines for leadership, mid-level, and operational hires.
Identify and attract
hospitality talent
from leading luxury hotels, resorts, and wellness retreats.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead
end-to-end hiring
for all hospitality positions — from department heads to front-line associates.
Establish strong
sourcing channels
through hotel networks, HR forums, industry job boards, and hospitality schools.
Drive
executive search
for key leadership roles (GM, Director of Operations, Executive Chef, Spa Head, Sales Head, etc.).
Ensure smooth
pre-opening onboarding and induction
to integrate new hires with Ridhira’s brand ethos and operational culture.
Manage all
third-party recruitment vendors and consultants , ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
3. Brand and Employer Positioning
Build Ridhira Group’s identity as a
preferred hospitality employer
in the luxury and wellness sector.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design
employer branding campaigns
highlighting career growth and the unique Ridhira experience.
Represent Ridhira Group at
hospitality career fairs and industry networking events.
4. Recruitment Operations & Analytics
Maintain robust tracking and reporting of all recruitment activities through
ATS / HR dashboards.
Monitor key metrics :
time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and pre-opening readiness status.
Regularly report recruitment progress and staffing status to leadership teams.
Ensure compliance with all HR and labor laws related to hotel employment practices.
5. Leadership & Team Development
Lead a
dedicated recruitment team
responsible for hiring across multiple pre-opening projects.
Coach and mentor recruitment specialists to maintain high standards of hospitality hiring.
Foster a
culture of service excellence and professionalism
within the HR function.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Proven expertise in
pre-opening hospitality recruitment
(resorts, luxury hotels, or wellness retreats).
Deep understanding of
hotel organizational structures and department functions.
Excellent
networking and industry connections
across the hospitality sector.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with
ATS systems, job portals, and social recruitment.
Strategic mindset with ability to deliver under tight pre-opening deadlines.
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in
Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
Certification in
Talent Acquisition / HR Leadership
will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
100% staffing completion as per pre-opening schedule.
Quality of hire and retention within 6 months of launch.
Offer-to-joining conversion rate.
Time-to-fill and recruitment cost efficiency.
