You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and end-users to transform complex datasets into clear insights and predictive recommendations. Accountabilities

• Design end-to-end analytics experiences, from dashboards and reports to predictive insights and recommendations.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable, and user-friendly visualizations.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define analytics roadmaps and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain reusable data visualization patterns and design system components.
• Conduct user research with stakeholders to understand how data informs business decisions.
• Measure and validate design impact using analytics and feedback tools.
• Contribute to design culture through critiques, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
