Delivery Lead

Essential Responsibilities :

• Ensure close relationship management with Product teams and the business, focusing on product specificities, and serve as a key contact for IDA Digital BI product teams.
• Regularly collect customer requirements and feedback to drive improvements and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Provide advisory and consulting support (contribution / help on program / project / issues). As a Senior Delivery Lead, capture knowledge from products, programs, and projects to contribute throughout the product lifecycle.
• Understand the AXA XL Data and Security Program strategy & Product Family roadmaps, and how they translate into the local context.
• In collaboration with Product teams and Account Managers, promote IDA digital products in the entities, supporting product adoption, de-commissioning, and refreshes where needed.
• Support and explain non-functional aspects such as contractual management, target operating models, service levels, and compliance requirements (with the support of the Account Manager when required).
• Build and maintain the backlog for core product releases.
• Create items in the backlog for the feature team (Themes, Epics & User Story functional description).
• Build release planning and communicate progress, release content, and the product roadmap.
• Oversee and organize workshops to collect entity functional needs.
• Consult with other IDA leads and the Product Manager who drives the roadmap, in a 'scrum of scrums' organization.
• Be available and legitimate to quickly answer teams' queries on functional aspects of User Stories.
• Develop Data talent across AXA XL, while embracing inclusion and diversity, to enable usage and value creation through our strategic digital, data, and analytics assets.
• Oversee and manage the function's resource demand and capacity on in-flight projects as well as BAU work.
• Instill a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for business stakeholders above all else.
• You will report to the Senior Delivery Lead - Business Intelligence & Reporting.
