We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Travel Experience Coordinator. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
