Travel Operations Specialist

We are seeking talented professionals to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, ticketing, and operational support.

The role involves creating and managing passenger records, handling end-to-end ticketing processes, and utilizing advanced global distribution systems (GDS) and new distribution capabilities (NDC).

Key responsibilities include effective communication, teamwork, and a strong understanding of fare construction, contracts, commissions, and tactical fare actions.

To succeed in this position, the successful candidate should possess proficiency in at least two GDSs, knowledge of fare structures, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
